And here are my favorite characters from the show drawn in the Sonic style.

Mediums used: graphite pencils, black gel pens, Sharpie markers and various colored pencils + lots of digital tweaks in Artweaver.
Total time spent for it: 5 hours for the traditional part + 4 hours for the digital tweaks.

I can see these characters having a cameo in the IDW comics, as the Evan Stanley really knows how to write in complex and heavy subjects with the nuance and subtlety they deserve.
Heck could imagine if Kitsunami the Fennec Fox was a relative to Fenneko, and how she would react to what happened to him.
